The Partnerships function is in a renaissance moment. The relationship based, wine & dine channel partnerships are being replaced with best practices, playbooks, and partnership enablement tools, exactly how sales, marketing, customer success, and product management evolved over the last few decades.
Partnerships has earned a seat at the table, but is still an adolescent.
